Cody Pruitt spent his Army years driving heavy trucks in motor transport units, where the first rule was simple: walk the ground before you back in. When he came home to Smith County, he kept seeing the same thing on Tyler streets. Dumpsters dropped straight onto new concrete, cans parked under power lines, and bills with weight charges nobody mentioned.
So the family started a roll-off company the slower way. Boards under every can. A look up for wires and down for sprinkler heads before the drop. A call before any overage, while the customer can still pull the heavy stuff out. It adds maybe 5 minutes per stop, and we have seen it save a lot of driveways.
Today we run four can sizes, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards, out of a yard east of Tyler, for homeowners, roofers, remodelers, builders and property managers from Lindale down to Bullard and out to Athens and Henderson. One price covers the drop, the pickup, the landfill and the included tons.

Wires, limbs, septic lids, sprinkler heads and soft ground get checked before the truck moves. The truck needs about 60 feet of straight room.

Each size includes 2 to 5 tons. If a load looks heavy, you hear about it before the pull, and the scale ticket comes with the bill.
